Here’s what the Adidas lego ZX 8000 sneakers look like at all angles

Collaborations between a sports brand and other iconic brands can sometimes be a big miss. But the new Adidas Lego ZX 8000 sneakers is aesthetically pleasing and embraces the red, blue, yellow, and green colours you’d easily recognise in your Lego.

The tongue of the sneakers have the official Lego logo sewn into it. The shoes also have yellow shoelaces, and also feature a special 2×3 green brick on the laces. We’re not sure yet if it’s actually “buildable”, but it’s still a pretty cool addition.

The soles of the shoes are the traditional Lego red with some blue and yellow details. You can also see some unique prints, although it would have been more fun to have more Lego-inspired details.

They are said to be launched on 25 September 2020, and will cost USD 130 (RM536.70) in the U.S., which is pretty good mid-range price. There are no announcements on when you can get them in Malaysia, but when it does launch you are likely to find them at Adidas.com.my.

Lego has been killing it with collaborations, lately. Their collaboration with Nintendo resulted in an extended collection of Super Mario sets. You can watch us try to build a Super Mario Lego set here.
