Samsung Galaxy Camera Sample comparison

The just launched Samsung Galaxy Camera looks impressive on paper especially with its WiFi & 3G connectivity and the endless application possibilities on an Android platform. In the end of the day, the Galaxy Camera is still a compact camera first and a capable Android device second. Some of our fellow readers have commented that for the same amount of money (RM1,899), one would rather get a Galaxy S III or a Note II which doubles up as a full functional phone.

So which is a better buy? To find out, we compared several shots taken with the Galaxy Camera and the current flagship Galaxy Note II. Head after the break for the comparison .

Sample #3

From the sample shots, the Galaxy Camera with its larger 16MP sensor doesn’t seem to be a giant leap ahead than the Galaxy Note II’s 8MP shooter. Given a short play time, this is just a quick comparison between the two. Hopefully we will get a chance for a longer evaluation time before passing an overall judgement on its imaging performance.
