Tune Talk has officially introduced E-Roaming, its new data roaming feature on prepaid which lets you stay connected in 13 countries.
The best part is that Tune Talk’s E-Roaming is available for free on participating plans at no extra cost.
According to the telco, the roaming benefit also covers supplementary lines on Epik+ Family and Epik+ Family Safe plans.
E-Roaming offers complimentary roaming in 13 countries

Tune Talk’s E-Roaming currently offers “Roam as Home” with high-speed data in the following 13 countries:
- Australia
- Brunei
- Cambodia
- India
- Indonesia
- Japan
- Korea
- Philippines
- Saudi Arabia
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- New Zealand
If your plan has E-Roaming enabled, there’s no further activation required and you can start roaming at the supported destination for free.
Under its current “beta” form, the service is offered free of charge at the moment but it mentions that the list of E-Roaming countries is subject to change.
E-Roaming available on Epik+ 50, Epik+ Family and Epik+ Family Safe

To enjoy the complimentary e-Roaming feature, you’ll need to be subscribed to one of the following plans:
- Epik+ 50 500GB data – RM50/month
- Epik+ Family 1200GB data (5 lines) – RM128/month
- Epik+ Family Safe 700GB data (2 lines) – RM80/month
While you can downgrade your prepaid plan, Tune Talk would automatically cease the E-Roaming service if you’re switching to a plan that isn’t eligible.

To activate E-Roaming, just make sure you’re on the right plan and then go to your phone’s settings to enable Data Roaming . Once you land, you are ready to roam as long as Data Roaming is permitted and switched on.
So far Tune Talk did not provide an explicit daily data quota for its E-Roaming feature. According to the T&C, the prepaid player strives to provide the best possible roaming experience and service so that users can continue to enjoy connectivity while travelling overseas.
However, Tune Talk did mention that a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) may be imposed by the Roaming Partner Network and the FUP may vary from partner to partner.
