Charge+ has deployed not one but two DC Chargers in Bandar Penawar, Desaru, Johor.
Located in the compounds of Fives Hotel Desaru, the new EV charging location is open to the public 24/7 with no parking fees, and it is located close to nearby restaurants and retail outlets.
This is the second public DC charging location in town, following the recent 180kW DC Charger deployment by Gentari at Petronas Desaru.
For this location at Fives Hotel Desaru, Charge+ has deployed two 120kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles each. The charger is priced at RM1.50 per kWh
To activate and pay for charging, you’ll need to use the Charge+ app and top up the wallet with sufficient balance.
Alternatively, you can also activate the charger via TNG eWallet through the EV Charging mini-app.
