Vivo X300 Ultra Malaysia: Specs and features
Starting with the Vivo X300 Ultra, the device is offered in Green and Black colourways, featuring a camera-inspired design alongside IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
At the front sits a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 3168×1440 resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with 16GB of RAM.
The large circular camera module houses a Zeiss-tuned triple-camera setup consisting of a 200MP f/1.85 main sensor, a 200MP f/2.67 telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50MP f/2.0 ultra-wide shooter. Selfie duties are handled by a 50MP front-facing camera.

Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. Up front, the X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2640×1216 resolution.
For photography, the phone packs a triple rear camera system comprising a 50MP f/1.57 main sensor, a 50MP f/2.65 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide shooter. A 50MP f/2.0 camera handles selfies.
