Pro-Net has announced a special promo to make your Balik Kampung experience with an EV more affordable. Owners of the Proton e.MAS 7, Smart #1 and Smart #3 can enjoy 30% discount for EV charging for a limited time via the respective vehicle app which has built-in EV charging integration.
This 30% discount for EV charging promo runs from 29th March to 7th April 2025 and it is applicable when you activate and pay for charging via the Proton e.MAS and Hello Smart apps.

Pro-Net had ran a similar 30% discount on EV charging campaign earlier this year in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations.
The Proton e.MAS and Hello Smart apps allows users to locate, activate and pay for majority of public chargers in Malaysia from one single app. The feature eliminates the need for users to download and use separate apps to charge their EV if the charger is part of the supported network.
At the moment, the apps for both brands claim to cover over 85% of public charging stations and it currently shows charge points deployed by ChargEV, JomCharge, Gentari and ChargeSini. Users can look forward to more chargers in the app as Pro-Net continues to work on integrating more EV charge points from various Charge Point Operator networks.
If you plan on using other EV chargers not listed on the app, you’ll need to use their respective applications and payment method, and pay based on their official listed pricing.
In case you missed it, Proton e.MAS Shah Alam is offering its 60kW DC Charger for free to e.MAS 7 owners from 29th March to 2nd April 2025.
