Besides the Mate 50 and Nova 10 series, Huawei Malaysia has recently introduced the Huawei MatePad SE 10.4″. This is their new affordable sub-RM1,000 tablet which features a rather large 2K display and it runs on a Snapdragon 680 processor. If you’re looking for something more affordable, Huawei Malaysia has introduced a cheaper option MatePad SE option which is going for as low as RM699 between the 1st and 11th of December 2022.
For a limited time, Huawei Malaysia is offering RM300 instant rebate for its MatePad SE 10.4″. This is only applicable to the 4GB + 64GB WiFi version which retails for RM999. On top of that, you also stand a chance to win a Huawei FreeBuds 4.1.

Interestingly, the retail price of this 64GB WiFi version at RM999 is exactly the same as the 128GB WiFi version which was announced three weeks ago. For those who need mobile connectivity, Huawei Malaysia is also offering the 4GB RAM + 64GB LTE version for RM999.
To recap, the MatePad SE 10.4 comes with a 10.4″ Full HD+ IPS display which pushes 2000×1200 pixels resolution. As mentioned earlier, it gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor with 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of storage. The device gets a single 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing shooter. The MatePad SE has dual symmetrical stereo speakers and a 5,100mAh battery which charges via USB-C.
Out of the box it runs on HarmonyOS 3. Like most new Huawei devices, it doesn’t come with Google Mobile Services but you can discover and download most popular apps from the Huawei AppGallery. You can learn more about the Huawei MatePad SE 10.4″ here.
