Besides the iPhone 14, Apple has revamped its entire smartwatch lineup with the Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Ultra and the 2nd generation Apple Watch SE. This means the current Apple Watch Series 7 and Apple Watch SE have been discontinued including the dreaded 5-year-old Apple Watch Series 3 which doesn’t support watchOS 9.
If you’re thinking of buying a new Apple Watch, here’s the official pricing for the current lineup in Malaysia including the rugged Apple Watch Ultra:

The listed prices are the starting prices as published on Apple’s website. You can customise the Watch with different strap options which may come with additional costs.
Similar to the iPhone 14, the prices for Apple Watch Series 8 are higher than the current generation. As a comparison, last year’s Apple Watch Series 7 was priced from RM1,749 for the 41mm GPS model while the stainless steel 41mm version was priced from RM2,999.
At the time of writing, Apple has yet to reveal the local availability details for the new Apple Watch models. If you’re still interested in the older Apple Watch Series 7 and Apple Watch SE, we reckon you should be able to get the remaining stocks with a discount at various authorised retailers.
