Following the likes of Acer, Samsung and Telekom Malaysia, Oppo have now also announced their own flood relief program for those affected by the devastating floods that have hit several regions in Malaysia. According to Oppo Malaysia, the program will offer up to 30% in discounts on spare parts and repairs for certain Oppo-branded smartphones.

Oppo’s flood relief program will run from the 26 of December until the end of January next year. Those who want to take up Oppo’s offer of a 30% discount on repairs in a single receipt will want to head to their nearest Oppo service center or My Oppo Space physical store to send in their damaged smartphone. To find out what the retail prices of their spare parts are, you can check out this tool on their website and select your device from the list. Alternatively, you can also send in your device using a courier service and get a 20% discount on courier fees. To do so, you’ll first need to head over to their support page on the Oppo Malaysia website and apply for online send-in.

You can also contact your nearest Oppo service center or physical store as well as chat to their online customer service on their website to get more information on whether your Oppo smartphone is eligible for their flood relief program. You may also want to do so to ensure that they have the spare parts available to repair your device. For more information about the Oppo flood relief program, you can check out its page on the Oppo website.
