Rapid KL’s unlimited-ride monthly pass now offered with 45 days validity

As more businesses are reopening during the Conditional Movement Control Order, Rapid KL is offering 50% extra validity for its unlimited-ride monthly pass. This is applicable for both My100 and My50 passes.

If you renew your unlimited pass between 4th to 31st of May, you’ll get an additional 15 days on top of the existing 30-day validity. The My100 and My50 passes are available at all LRT, MRT, Monorail and BRT customer service counters as well as selected bus hubs.

To recap, My100 offers unlimited rides on Rapid KL bus and train services including LRT, BRT, MRT, monorail and MRT feeder bus. Meanwhile, the cheaper My50 unlimited pass at RM50/month covers unlimited rides for RapidKL bus and MRT feeder busses excluding BRT.

Starting 4th May, Rapid KL has revised its peak operating hours an frequency in conjunction with the month of Ramadhan. The peak hours are 7am to 11am and 4pm to 7pm.

During the peak hours, the frequency is 3 minutes for Kelana Jaya LRT line, 6 minutes for Sri Petaling and Ampang LRT line, 4 minutes for Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT line and 6 minutes for KL Monorail.

As a safety precaution, all commuters are required to wear a face mask and to use hand sanitisers. All users are advised to practice social distancing and there will be crowd control measures to limit the number of people at the platform. Seating capacity for public transport will be reduced to ensure a safe distance between commuters.

Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance of the station. Those with high temperatures must avoid taking transport and go for a checkup at their nearest health clinic.
