CelcomDigi has partnered with ZK Racing Team to support MotoMini Malaysia, a grassroots motorcycle racing programme open to riders as young as six years old.
The collaboration aims to identify promising young talents and provide a structured pathway towards international motorsport competitions.
The road to Spain starts with the MotoMini programme
The MotoMini Malaysia platform serves as an entry-level development pathway that offers technical coaching and competitive race experience across progressive tiers.
The programme provides a structured development pathway from grassroots competition to progressively higher racing levels, with opportunities to advance to international events such as the FIM MiniGP World Final in Valencia, Spain.
Under this programme, the two selected youth riders will receive direct development support alongside scheduled mentoring sessions with Hakim Danish and Qabil Irfan. Both of them are young racers who have made their mark in the Malaysian and international motorsport scene.
Youngsters will be exposed to professional coaching and competitive standards

ZK Racing Director Zulfahmi Khairuddin said the initiative aims to build a sustainable talent pipeline by introducing competitive standards and professional coaching at the earliest possible stage.
“MotoMini Malaysia was established to give young riders the opportunity to learn, compete and develop from an early age,” said Khairuddin. “By partnering with CelcomDigi, we hope to attract more young Malaysians to take up the sport and equip aspiring riders with the exposure and guidance needed to advance in their racing journey. Ultimately, our goal is to develop a stronger pipeline of talent capable of competing with the very best on the international stage.”
For CelcomDigi, the partnership expands its existing support for Hakim and Qabil into grassroots talent scouting, executed through its Arena CelcomDigi platform.
“Through our partnership with ZK Racing Team and MotoMini Malaysia, alongside our ongoing support for riders such as Hakim Danish and Qabil Irfan, we hope to inspire more young Malaysians to pursue their passion for motorsports and believe in how far they can go. Together, we are committed to nurturing the country’s future racing talent by connecting them to the opportunities, exposure and experiences they need to thrive and one day compete on the world stage.”
“We believe sports have the power to connect Malaysians while creating opportunities for aspiring talents to pursue their dreams,” said Chan May Ling, CelcomDigi’s Head of Brand & Marketing Services.
