The Samsung Galaxy Note7 booths are located are the following locations:
KLIA: Level 5, Main Terminal (besides Emirates ticketing counter)
KLIA 2: Mezzanine Level, Departure Hall, Sector 2

Alternatively, you can use the Smart Switch Mobile app to transfer your data onto a microSD card. For those who have purchased their Galaxy Note7 overseas, Samsung Malaysia will issue a “Samsung Galaxy Note7 Receipt”, which you can use to claim your refund at your home country.
If you need a temporary phone for your travel, Samsung Malaysia is also providing loan units subject to availability. Do note that the refund process will only take place after you’ve returned your loan unit.
