To expand charging availability across more buildings, Time handles the entire installation process. Time covers all upfront infrastructure, equipment, setup, and ongoing maintenance costs, requiring zero financial contribution from the Joint Management Body (JMB) or building management. This setup allows residential buildings to upgrade their facilities without administrative cost barriers.
How to Unlock the Benefit
For current Time Home Internet subscribers, activating the benefit requires minimal effort:
- Register or log in to the Time Charge N Go app using the same email address tied to your active Time Home Internet account.
- Accounts will automatically link within 3 business days, applying the 10% discount to future charging sessions.
For residents not yet subscribed to Time, switching to Time Home Internet starts from RM99 per month for high-speed broadband, automatically unlocking access to the Charge N Go promotion.
Availability
The promotional rate applies to high-rise properties with dual coverage (buildings with active Time Home Internet and Time Charge N Go stations) and excludes East Malaysia.
While the RM0.90/kWh rate applies across most dual-coverage sites, certain locations are excluded from the promotion. Always verify the live rate displayed in the Time Charge N Go app before starting a charging session to confirm the rate for that specific charger.
