Strap yourself in as Samsung and Marvel will be releasing its Iron Man edition of the Galaxy S6 edge. Samsung has just released its first teaser of its movie themed flagship, that’s going to be released at selected markets.
The Korean smart phone maker had tied up closely with Marvel in the latest Avengers: Age of Ultron movie with product appearances and official Avenger themes for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge. Last week, Samsung’s head of marketing for mobile had mentioned that an Iron Man Galaxy S6 edge in red would be released sometime in end May or early June. Word has it that Samsung might also release Avengers themed accessories to go along with the device.
If you’re wondering how it looks like, above is a fan render of what the Iron Man edition could be with gold colour frames surrounding a striking red base. Samsung would usually introduce more colourful editions as a mid-life refresh similar to the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Note 4 series.
