Realme has launched another affordable smartphone in Malaysia with the Realme C100x. Positioned below the Realme C100 5G, the new entry-level 4G device focuses on long battery life and durability while keeping its price below RM1,000.
Among its key highlights are a massive 8,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, a 120Hz display and a 50MP main camera.
It also gets an IP64 dust and water resistance rating along with what Realme calls ArmorShell Protection.

The Realme C100x is officially priced as follows in Malaysia:

The device comes in two colour options – Golden Coast and Deepblue Tides.
The Realme C100x is now available through Realme Brand Stores, authorised dealers as well as Realme’s official online stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Upfront, the Realme C100x features a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1570 pixels. It supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and has a peak brightness of up to 900 nits.
Under the hood, the entry-level 4G smartphone runs on a Unisoc T7250 processor paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of eMMC5.1 storage. which is expandable via microSD card.
For taking pictures, the Realme C100x gets a 50MP f/1.8 main camera with autofocus, while selfies are handled by a 5MP front camera.
One of the biggest highlights of the C100x is its 8,000mAh battery. Despite the large capacity, it supports 45W fast charging and Realme claims that a five-minute charge can provide up to four hours of calling time.

The phone can also be used as a power bank as it supports up to 6W reverse charging via USB-C.
Realme says the battery is designed to retain at least 80% of its battery health after seven years. The battery is also designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to 53 degrees Celsius.
Besides having a big battery, Realme is also pushing durability as another key feature of the C100x. It gets an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance, along with ArmorShell Protection and what Realme describes as military-grade shock resistance.
According to Realme, the device has passed MIL-STD-810H military-grade shock tests and has been tested for front-face drops of up to two metres onto a smooth marble surface under laboratory conditions.
At the rear, there’s also an Elegant Pulse Light which can provide visual notifications and customised lighting effects. Users can choose from nine colours and five breathing speeds, while the lighting can also react to music, incoming calls and the camera countdown.
For connectivity, the Realme C100x supports 4G LTE, WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2. It has dual nano-SIM slots and retains a 3.5mm headphone jack, but there’s no NFC or eSIM support.
The device also gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a mono speaker with Realme’s 300% UltraBoom Speaker feature.
Out of the box, the Realme C100x runs Realme UI based on Android 16. The device measures 8.78mm thin and weighs about 219g.
