After launching in China late last year, the Xiaomi 15 is now official for global markets including Malaysia. Similar to the Xiaomi 14 series, we won’t be getting the Pro model and the Xiaomi 15 is the compact flagship option which features Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a triple-camera system co-engineered with Leica.
Xiaomi 15 Malaysia Pricing
The Xiaomi 15 comes in two configurations and here’s the official pricing in Malaysia:
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage – RM3,499
- 12GB RAM + 512GB storage – RM3,699
The Xiaomi 15 is now available for purchase on the official store on Shopee and Lazada. The device comes in 3 colours – Black, White and Green.
In addition, there’s also a Liquid Silver edition that’s sold exclusively on Mi.com online store. The Xiaomi 15 Liquid Silver is only offered with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage and it is also priced at RM3,699 (RM3,599 with pre-order rebate).

As part of the pre-order promo, Xiaomi 15 buyers can get a free Xiaomi Watch S4 (worth RM699), plus a RM100 rebate. The Xiaomi 15 pre-order deal by Xiaomi Malaysia is available until 7th March 2025, while stocks last.
Xiaomi 15 Specs and Features
While it looks similar to the Xiaomi 14, the Xiaomi 15 has slimmer bezels and it manages to be slightly smaller and lighter than its predecessor. Like last year’s flagship, it still features a 6.36″ 120Hz 2K AMOLED display that pushes 2670×1200 pixels and it is now pushes up to 3200 nits of brightness.
Under the hood, it runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite that’s paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The Xiaomi 15 still comes with a triple-camera array housed in a protruding square camera bump. It consists of a 50MP f/1.62 main camera with 1/1.31″ Light Fusion 900 sensor, a 50MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50MP f/2.0 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, it still retains a 32MP selfie shooter that sits in a punch-hole on the display.
Like the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, it still comes with stereo speakers, IP68 dust and water resistance. In terms of connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi 7, 5G, NFC and an infrared blaster.
Despite being slightly more compact than the Xiaomi 14, the Xiaomi 15 now boasts a 5,240mAh battery which is 14% larger more than last year’s Xiaomi 14 which has a 4,610mAh battery. When it comes to charging, the Xiaomi 15 still does 90W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging.
