This include speeds for wireless and wired broadband services, voice call success rate and customer service resolution. Under the new revision, the minimum standard for wireless will be increased from 650Kbps to 2.5Mbps. Today, Amin and Alex break down the details of the new MSQoS on this episode of Let’s Talk About.
