Train operations on the Kelana Jaya LRT line have fully resumed normal service at 1.13 pm today following successful repair works on the communication signalling system.
The disruption, which earlier forced trains to operate under manual control between the USJ 21 and Taipan stations, has now been resolved.
According to a media statement issued by Rapid KL, technical personnel were deployed directly to the affected stations to investigate and identify the root cause of the instability.
Following necessary rectifications and comprehensive safety checks, the transit operator confirmed that automatic train operations and regular schedules have been reinstated.
Rapid KL expressed its apologies to commuters for the inconvenience caused during the service disruption, reassuring the public that passenger safety remains its main priority.
Commuters can continue to monitor official Rapid KL social media accounts or check the MyRapid PULSE mobile application for real time transit updates.
