Gentari has deployed another street-level EV charger in partnership with MBPP in Penang.

The latest location is at MBPP’s Kompleks Pasar Awam dan Penjaja Taman Terubong Jaya at Paya Terubong on the Penang island.

With power output of up to 120kW, this is an ideal location to top up when visiting the market.

For this location, Gentari has deployed a standalone 120kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles. The charger is priced at RM1.60 per kWh and you can save more if you have an active Gentari Go subscription.

To activate the charger, you can use Gentari Go, JomCharge and ChargEV.

Take note there’s an idle fee of RM0.40 per minute if you do not move your vehicle 15 minutes after charging has stopped.

Once you’re done charging, move your vehicle so that others can charge. Remember, if you’re not charging, you’re hogging.

As part of the introductory promo, you can get 15% off for a limited time at this charger by applying the promo code GO15KPPT.
