After launching the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Flip 8 series, Samsung appears to be getting ready to launch the Galaxy S26 FE very soon.
This is essentially the affordable model of the current Samsung Galaxy S26 FE lineup, which aims to offer flagship features at a lower price point.
Ahead of the launch, we now get a clear look of the design, specs and even a hands-on video thanks to early leaks.
What to expect from Galaxy S26 FE
As shared by Roland Quandt and Android Headlines, the Galaxy S26 FE continue to retain the typical Samsung candy bar smartphone design with a triple-camera array. This will be the direct successor to last year’s Galaxy S25 FE.
Upfront, the device will get a 120Hz 6.7″ Full HD+ display that’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ and it also gets an aluminium Alloy Frame.
Under the hood, it runs on a 3nm 10-core Exynos 2500 which is the same chip that’s powering the Z Flip 7.
For imaging, the device gets a triple-camera setup at the rear which sits on a raised island. It features a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and an 8MP telephoto camera. Meanwhile, the front gets a 12MP selfie shooter that sits in a punch-hole.
Battery and charging remains unchanged from last year’s FE model. The Galaxy S26 FE still comes with a 4,900mAh battery and it supports 45W fast wired charging via USB-C.
As usual, you can expect Samsung to provide 7 years of operating system and security updates, along with IP68-rated dust and water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE leaked in hands-on video
The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE should be launching in Malaysia very soon as a leaked hands-on video of the device has surfaced on TikTok. Besides showing the exterior design, the video also highlighted its key specs which confirms what we’ve known so far.
Similar to the Galaxy S26 series, the new FE model also supports Super Steady Video with Horizontal Lock.
From the video, the device appears to be recorded in Kuching, Sarawak as there are sample photos showing Aeon Mall Kuching Central.

At the moment, we don’t have pricing details yet. As a reference, last year’s Galaxy S25 FE was priced at RM3,099 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model and RM3,699 for 8GB RAM + 512GB storage model.
With the current RAM shortage, it is safe to expect a price increase for the new Galaxy S26 FE.
