If you need to charge your EV around Pandan Mewah, there’s now a DC Charger at a McDonald’s Drive Thru, located opposite of Ampang Hospital.

JomCharge has turned on a 100kW DC Charger at the restaurant’s carpark which is an ideal spot to charge up while you have a quick bite.

As part of its opening promo, JomCharge is offering 50% discount for this weekend only.

The McDonald’s Pandan Mewah Drive Thru location has a 100kW standalone Kempower DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles. However, take note that the power has a hard split of 50kW for each nozzle, regardless if there’s one or two EVs plugged in at the same time.

This EV charger is priced at RM1.40 per kWh and you can save more by getting a JomCharge Elite or JomCharge Platinum membership.

You can activate the charger via JomCharge, Gentari Go and ChargEV app.

For this Friday and Saturday only, on 31st July and 1st August 2026, JomCharge is offering 50% discount when you charge at this new location. This means you can enjoy DC charging for only RM0.70 per kWh. If you have an active JomCharge Elite or JomCharge Platinum membership, you can save more as you can stack the discount on the JomCharge app.

Besides this location, JomCharge continues to deploy more EV chargers at various McDonald’s around the country. Some of its upcoming McDonald’s locations include McDonald’s Yong Peng and McDonald’s Bandar Sri Damansara.
