If your EV needs a quick top up while shopping at IOI Mall Damansara, there’s now a 240kW DC Charger deployed by DC Handal.
The new EV charging location is now live and it offers a total of four DC charge points and a single AC Charge point.
With the latest deployment, IOI Mall Damansara now has a total of 9x EV charge points including its existing AC Charge Points managed by Carput Zap.
The new chargers at IOI Mall Damansara are located at West Wing Level B1 (Pillar C1, Zone C), next to the escalator entrance.
For this location, DC Handal has deployed an Autel MaxiCharger DC HiPower solution with two satellite terminals equipped with two CCS2 nozzles each. The DC charger can deliver up to 240kW and it has dynamic power sharing.
Meanwhile, there’s a single 22kW Autel AC Charge Point deployed at the first bay.
The DC Charger is priced at RM1.40 per kWh while the AC Charge point is priced at RM1.00 per kWh.
With DC Handal, you can activate and pay for charging by tapping your credit or debit card at the contactless card terminal. Alternatively, it also accepts TNG eWallet payment via QR code.
If you prefer to use an app, you can also activate the charger using Gentari Go, JomCharge and ChargEV.
