TNB Electron has just turned on a new DC Charger which serves EV drivers heading Westbound from Karak to KL along Kuala Lumpur – Karak Expressway (KLK).
The new EV charger is deployed at BHPetrol Karak to KL, which is located right after the Bentong Toll Plaza. This makes it an ideal charging stop for EVs returning to KL from the East Coast.
As part of its opening tradition, TNB Electron is offering complimentary EV charging during its testing period for one day only.
For this location at BHPetrol Karak to KL, TNB Electron has deployed a standalone Autel DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles that can deliver up to 200kW.
Like most new TNB Electron EV Charging locations, the DC Charger is priced at RM1.50 per kWh and you can activate it by tapping your credit and debit card at the JuiceUP contactless card terminal.
As part of its Operational Testing Period, this EV Charger will be offered for free from 12:00pm today to 11:59am (17th June 2026). Availability of complimentary charging during the testing period is subject to operational stability, stress testing and other ongoing system validations.
