For this coming Labour Day holiday weekend, JomCharge x DBKL are offering 50% discount for EV charging in Kepong.
With this promo, you can enjoy DC charging for as low as RM0.70 per kWh.
This 50% discount is applicable at two street-level EV charging locations in Bandar Menjalara. One is located at Kepong Artisan Frame, while the other is located at Menjalara TK Bakery.
The Menjalara Artisan Frame location has two slanted EV charging bays which has access to a 45kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles and a single 10kW AC charge point.
JomCharge has updated that the DC charger has been upgraded with longer 7m cable, which makes it possible for EVs with rear mounted ports to charge up without reversing.
For the Menjalara TK Bakery Location, JomCharge has deployed a 40kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles and two 11kW AC charge points.
Typically, JomCharge x DBKL DC chargers are priced at RM1.40 per kWh while the AC charge points are priced at RM1.10 per kWh.
From 1st to 3rd May 2026, these chargers are offered with 50% discount. This means DC charging costs RM0.70 per kWh while AC charging costs RM0.55 per kWh for this coming weekend only. If you have a JomCharge Elite membership, you can enjoy extra 10% savings as well.
Remember, once you’re done charging, please move your vehicle so that others can charge. Remember, if you’re not charging, you’re hogging.
To mitigate hogging, DBKL has recently started issuing summonses for EV charger hoggers in Kuala Lumpur.
