The Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro have finally made their launch in Malaysia, making us among the first global markets to receive the devices. Aside from their suspiciously familiar design, these smartphones are successors to the Honor 400 series and offer upgrades in performance, camera, battery, and more.

Honor 600 series Malaysia: Pricing and availability

Here are the pricing details for the Honor 600 series in Malaysia:

  • Honor 600 (12GB RAM + 512GB storage) – RM2,599
  • Honor 600 Pro (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) – RM3,099
  • Honor 600 Pro (12GB RAM + 512GB storage) – RM3,299

Pre-orders for the Honor 600 and 600 Pro are now open until 29 April. Customers who purchase the Pro model during this period will get free gifts worth up to RM1,935, which include a Fujifilm Instax Mini LiPlay+, a RM200 rebate, a 365-day front and back crack replacement, a 1-year extended warranty, and a 1-year liquid damage protection warranty.

The regular Honor 600, on the other hand, is offered with complimentary gifts worth up to RM1,496, consisting of an Honor Choice Watch Epic 2, a RM200 rebate, and the same warranty packages as the 600 Pro.

You can purchase the Honor 600 series via Honor Malaysia’s online store, or via the brand’s official e-commerce platforms:

Alternatively, the Honor 600 series is also available via official distributors such as Harvey Norman, Senheng, SenQ, and Urban Republic. Open sales for the devices will begin on 30 April at Honor’s Experience Stores.

Honor 600 series Malaysia: Specs and features

Both the Honor 600 and 600 Pro both share rather similar designs, and are available in Orange, Black, and Golden White colour options. They also come with the same 6.57″ 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 8,000 nits. The display panel is also equipped with Honor’s Eye Comfort Display technology and 3,840Hz PWM Dimming for a more comfortable viewing experience, especially after an extended screen time.

In terms of durability, the Honor 600 and 600 Pro are the first in the Honor number series to sport an IP69K dust and water resistance rating, on top of the existing IP68 and IP69. They’ve also received the SGS 5-star certification for drop and crush resistance.

What differentiates the two models is the chipsets that power them. The Honor 600 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, while the 600 Pro gets the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset that powers many Android flagships from 2025. Both models come with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

In the camera department, both models are equipped with a 200MP main camera that comes with a 1/1.4″ sensor, which Honor says is among the largest in this segment, along with a 12MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP selfie sensor. However, only the Pro model gets a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom and CIPS 6.5 image stabilisation, which is said to be flagship-level.

Additionally, both the Honor 600 and 600 Pro feature the new Night Engine for improved low-light photography, along with the upgraded AI Image to Video 2.0. This enhanced feature can merge three photos into a short 3–5 second video, supports text prompts, and includes a range of ready-made templates for easier creation.

Also common between the two models is a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 80W wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging. Though the Honor 600 Pro is the only model to sport 50W wireless charging.

For connectivity, the Honor 600 series is fitted with WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and NFC. They also ship out of the box with Honor’s MagicOS 10, based on Android 16.
