TNB Electron continues to turn on more EV chargers ahead of the Raya holidays. The latest deployment is at Tanjung Rambutan, Perak and it is located next to a 7-Eleven and a KFC Drive-Thru.

As per usual TNB Electron tradition, they are offering free charging for a limited time.

TNB Electron has deployed a 200kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles at KFC Tanjung Rambutan which will be open to the public on Tuesday, 17th March 2026.

The charger is priced at RM1.50 per kWh and you don’t need to use any apps to activate and pay for charging.

Just tap your credit and debit card at the contactless JuiceUP card terminal installed in front of the charger.

EV drivers heading to Tanjung Rambutan can enjoy free EV charging tomorrow, 17th March 2026 from 12:00am to 11:59pm.

TNB Electron has also teased its Sama Sama Raya EV charging promo in conjunction with the Raya holiday season. The full details of the campaign is expected to be revealed in the coming days.
