DC Handal has turned on a DC Charger at a new Petron station in Bandar Tasik Puteri in Rawang. This is the first DC charger in the new development, and it’s also among the most powerful and most affordable in Rawang.
For this brand new location, DC Handal has deployed a 180kW Autel DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles. The two covered EV charging bays are located right in front of Petron’s convenience store.
The new DC charger is priced at RM1.30 per kWh, which is lower than the usual market rate. Like most DC Handal EV charging locations, you can activate the charger without an app as you can pay via contactless payment cards or Touch ‘n Go eWallet using the card terminal.
Alternatively, you can also activate the charger via ChargEV, JomCharge and Gentari Go apps. Take note that Gentari Go charges a 6% roaming fee, but you do earn points for charging at roaming networks, which is equivalent to 10% value.
