Tecno showcases AI Glasses, super slim smartphones, and AI-powered ecosystem at MWC 2025

Tecno is back again in MWC, and for 2025, they’re showing off not only new products like the Tecno Camon 40 series, AI Glasses, MegaBook S14, but also some of its concept products and imaging technologies. Alongside these, the company also showcased concept products and cutting-edge imaging technologies, all seamlessly integrated into Tecno’s expanding AI-powered ecosystem.

Tecno Camon 40 series, AI Glasses, MegaBook S14 debut at MWC 2025

On the 4th of March 2025, the second day of MWC 2025, Tecno introduced to the world its latest products. This included the Tecno Camon 40 series, the Tecno AI Glasses and AI Glasses Pro, as well as the MegaBook S14.

The Tecno Camon 40 Series made its debut with four models, namely the Tecno Camon 40, Camon 40 Pro, Camon 40 Pro 5G, and the Camon 40 Premier 5G. These smartphones deliver significant improvements over their predecessor, with AI playing a crucial role beyond just basic assistants.

Tecno’s AI technology enhances user experience with features like auto-answering calls, real-time translation and summarization, and a new camera mode called FlashSnap. FlashSnap intelligently detects and captures moving subjects, such as a friend jumping, without requiring manual shutter input.

Tecno’s AI Glasses and AI Glasses Pro further push the boundaries of AI integration. These smart glasses assist users with tasks such as translation, information summarization, navigation, and even functioning as a teleprompter.

Additionally, Tecno introduced three new laptops: the MegaBook S14, MegaBook K15S, and MegaBook T14 Air. The MegaBook S14, in particular, features a 2.8K OLED display, weighs just 899g, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite processor.

Besides Apple and Samsung, Tecno has its own AI-powered ecosystem too

Beyond its individual products, Tecno demonstrated its AI-powered ecosystem, rivaling industry giants like Apple and Samsung. Users can seamlessly drag and drop documents between Tecno laptops and smartphones, use a Tecno tablet as a second screen, or instantly set a smartphone photo as a smartwatch watchface—all with minimal effort.

Tecno showcases its concept smartphones and imaging technologies

Tecno’s MWC 2025 booth also featured its Conceptual section, displaying futuristic prototypes. Among them is the Tecno Spark Slim—an ultra-thin smartphone measuring just 5.75mm thick yet housing a 5,200mAh battery. Another standout is the Phantom Ultimate 2—a tri-fold concept phone—and a device featuring a secondary E-Ink display on its back.

Tecno also showcased advanced imaging technologies first introduced at its 2024 Future Lens event. One highlight is the Tap Any Zoom Dual Prism Telephoto—designed to quickly zoom into subjects by simply tapping on them—ensuring the perfect shot without missing a moment.

Meanwhile, EVS Dynamic Snapshot enhances motion capture by combining traditional CMOS sensors with DVS high-frequency circuits, minimizing motion blur for crisp action shots. These innovations are expected to appear in Tecno’s upcoming flagship smartphones this year.
