Chinese New year is just a couple of weeks away and Apple has released a special edition product to welcome the year of the snake. The Year of the Snake Special Edition AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) features a unique snake label on the front of the case and it is now available for purchase in Malaysia.

The CNY 2025 special edition AirPods 4 with ANC is priced at RM829 which is the same retail price as the normal AirPods 4 with ANC. If you’re interested, you can order online from the official Apple Online Store and you can receive it as early as this Thursday if you’re in the Klang Valley.
Alternatively, you can also order the special edition AirPods 4 online and collect it today at Apple The Exchange TRX.
Apple AirPods 4 with ANC Specs and Features
To recap, the AirPods 4 was recently introduced in September 2024 alongside the iPhone 16 series. The regular AirPods 4 without ANC is priced at RM599 while the ANC version costs RM829.
The new AirPods features Apple’s H2 chip which provides extra upgrades including Voice Isolation, Siri Interactions which allows users to simply nod their head as yes or gently shake their head as no to respond to Siri alerts. It also features a new force sensor on the stem which allows users to play or pause media or end calls with a quick press.
The new AirPods 4 also boasts low wireless audio latency with improved microphone for phone calls, video calls and gaming sessions. Another new upgrade for the AirPods is its charging case which features USB-C. For the ANC version, the case also supports Qi wireless charging.
On a full charge, the AirPods 4 can last up to 30 hours of playback (without ANC) with the charging case included. On the earbuds itself, it can last up to 4 hours with ANC enabled or up to 5 hours with noise control off.
