Electric Vehicle (EV) drivers travelling between Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan now have an extra EV charging location. Gentari has deployed a 150kW DC Charger located in Gambang, Pahang, and it is accessible to both eastbound and westbound traffic from LPT.

The new 150kW DC Charger is located at Petronas KM26 on Jalan Gambang and it is about 6 minutes or 5km away from Gambang Toll Plaza.

For this location, Gentari has deployed a Kempower DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles, capable of pushing up to 150kW. From the picture, it is located on the left side of the Petronas station, next to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Like other Gentari DC chargers, it is priced at RM1.50 per kWh and you can activate it via the Gentari Go, JomCharge and ChargEV apps.

For extra savings, you can enjoy 50% off if you subscribed to Gentari’s Annual Membership plan which costs RM899 per year. With the subscription, this charger will only cost you RM0.75 per kWh.
