The Honor X9c Smart 5G is coming to Malaysia on 11th December 2024 and this is essentially the more affordable alternative to the Honor X9c 5G. While it is RM500 cheaper in price, the X9c Smart still boasts drop, water and scratch resistance along with a big screen and big battery.
Honor X9c Smart 5G Malaysia Price
The Honor X9c Smart 5G comes in a single variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and it is officially priced at RM1,099 in Malaysia. The device will be available for purchase starting 11th December 2024 at 8pm at stores nationwide.
The Honor X9c Smart is offered in two colours – Moonlight White and Ocean Cyan.
Honor X9c Smart 5G Malaysia Specs
The Honor X9c Smart features a 6.8″ 120Hz Flat LCD display which pushes a Full HD+ resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels and peak brightness of 850nits. Instead of a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, the “Smart” variant runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra chip mated with 8GB of RAM (Expandable to 16GB with Honor RAM Turbo) and 256GB of storage.
In the camera department, the Honor X9c Smart features a dual-rear camera setup which consists of a 108MP f/1.75 main camera and a 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle shooter. Upfront, the device comes with a 16MP selfie shooter.
Connectivity wise, this 5G phone supports 5GHz 802.11ac WiFi, Bleutooth 5.3 and also NFC. Powering this mid-range device is a large 5,800mAh battery and it supports 35W fast charging via USB-C. According to Honor, the X9c Smart is able to provide up to 19.8 hours of online video playback on a single charge.
Out of the box, the device runs on MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14.
