If you’re driving an EV eastbound on LATAR highway and need a quick charge, there’s now a total of 3 DC chargers located at Petronas R&R Kundang (Eastbound) in Rawang. There are a total of three charge points which can deliver up to 60kW.

The Petronas station located at Kundang Eastbound R&R has two 60kW DC chargers and one 30kW DC charger. The 60kW DC chargers come with a single CCS2 nozzle and it’s priced at RM1.50 per kWh. Meanwhile, the 30kW unit has both CCS2 and CHAdeMO connectors, and it is priced at RM0.60 per minute (RM36 per hour).

Based on the listing on PlugShare, this location used to have a single DC charger that pushes up to a maximum of 12.5kW. It was then priced at RM0.40 per minute (RM24 per hour).

To activate these chargers, you can use both Gentari Go and JomCharge app. The chargers can also be accessed via Setel and ChargEV but it seems that not all DC chargers at Petronas R&R Kundang Eastbound are appearing on the app at the time of writing.
