The Nothing Phone (2) is launching next week and Malaysia will be among the first countries to get it after the global event. If you want to be among the first in the country to get it, Nothing has announced drops that are happening at various locations around the world including Kuala Lumpur.

Nothing is dropping limited units of its new Phone (2) and Ear (2) black between 13th to 15th July 2023. For Malaysia, the Nothing Phone (2) drop is happening at Crossover located at Level 3 (South Court), Mid Valley Megamall at 11:00am on Saturday, 15th July 2023.

To recap, the Nothing Phone (2) will be announced globally at 11pm on 11th July 2023 and the local Malaysian launch is happening on the evening of 14th July 2023. For the first time, Nothing has partnered exclusively with Yes for the local launch and it is likely that you will be able to get the Nothing Phone (2) on a Yes Infinite+ Postpaid contract.

The Phone (2) is Nothing’s second smartphone and this time it will be running on a flagship-class Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. As revealed recently, the device will come in White and Grey. Some of the noticeable changes include a more sophisticated Glyph interface which now has more LED zones and a more premium-looking glass back which appears to be slightly raised with rounded off corners.

It was also revealed recently that the Phone (2) will come with a new semi-transparent USB-C charging cable. With an upgraded processor and improved build quality, expect the Nothing Phone (2) to fetch a higher price than the current Nothing Phone (1). Stay tuned for more details including pricing during next Tuesday’s event.
