Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition coming to Malaysia April 12

Realme has announced it will introduce the Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition in Malaysia next week, April 12. The collaboration with the world-famous carbonated beverage will arrive on our shores two months after it made its debut in India.

Malaysia is one of four countries in the world to receive the phone outside of India, all in Southeast Asia—the others being Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. These nations will receive a phone with Coca-Cola branding that is more than skin deep, starting with the asymmetrical red and black back with the cropped Coca-Cola script, designed to look like the iconic red aluminium Coke can.

The logo can also be found on the black side rails, while the customised Realme UI 4.0 features a Coke icon pack, unique wallpapers and even a fizzy version the SuperVOOC charging animation. Meanwhile, the camera shutter sound has been replaced by the pop of a Coke bottle being opened, and you have fizzing noises for notifications and the Coke jingle as one of the ringtone options.

And that’s not all—the phone also comes in a box that mimics its back, along with a sticker pack, a numbered card and even a SIM tray eject tool shaped like a Coke bottle cap.

The big box and Realmeow Coke figurine are unfortunately not part of the retail packaging

Otherwise, the Coca-Cola Edition is just like any other Realme 10 Pro, featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chip and a 6.72-inch FHD+ display (likely an IPS LCD panel) with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 680 nits of brightness. Realme is touting slim bezels of just 1mm on each side, although the phone still has a noticeable chin at the bottom.

At the back, you’ll find a dual camera setup with a 108MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor; the hole-punch selfie camera is a 16MP unit. Everything is juiced by a 5,000mAh battery that supports up to 33W of SuperVOOC fast charging. Other features include 5G, WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side fingerprint sensor and Android 13 pre-installed.

All the extras don’t come cheap, of course. While Realme has yet to reveal Malaysian pricing, the phone costs PHP 18,999 (around RM1,535), a PHP 2,000 (around RM162) premium over the standard 10 Pro, although the two phones retail at the same THB 11,999 (around RM1,554) in Thailand. For context, the regular Realme 10 Pro costs RM1,299 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
