Does the ROG Phone 6 support VoLTE in Malaysia?

For those unaware, VoLTE is a newer standard in mobile communications that uses a 4G network to carry voice calls. With VoLTE, you can get clearer conversations as your connection won’t drop from 3G to 2G when accepting or making calls.

As for the ROG Phone 6, Mr Raymond has checked with a representative from Asus Malaysia and according to them the gaming phone currently has VoLTE on Maxis and Digi’s networks with Celcom and UMobile support coming soon.

So, Celcom currently has a prepaid plan called Xpax Mix and Match which you can get 8GB of data for RM20 a month. You can then add on unlimited voice calls for RM3 for a total of RM23 a month.

If you’re looking for a postpaid plan, you can consider Celcom’s Xpax Postpaid 40 plan which includes Unlimited YouTube streaming at 480p and social apps with 10GB of high-speed internet for everything else. And, yes, it comes with unlimited calls to all networks.

Is Shopee enabling Apple Pay as a payment option in Malaysia?
