You don’t have to wait until 10 August to see what the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Z Flip 4 lines look like. Product photos of the new devices have been leaked, and there will be four color options for the Z Flip 4—including a Pink Gold variation.
The photos were leaked by serial leakster Evan Blass, a.k.a. Evleaks—who posted the photos on 91mobiles. Last year, Blass also posted the leaked photos of the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 ahead of 2021’s Samsung Unpacked event.
Here are the new photos:
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 devices are expected to come with the usual set of features seen on high-end Galaxy devices. This includes 5G connectivity, an IPX8 rating, UWB, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, Samsung Pay, Samsung DeX, and stereo speakers.
The Z Flip 4s appear to have a matte finish and a two-tone color scheme. SamMobile also reports that the phone might be more expensive than the 2021 model.
As for the the Galaxy Z Fold 4, it will reportedly have 12GB RAM and come in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB storage variants. The phones will likely also feature a thinner hinge, a lighter body, and slightly wider screens.
Additonally, they are expected to feature a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, a 10MP selfie camera, and a 16MP under-display camera. But its battery and charging speeds won’t been upgraded.
The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be happening on 10 August, and you can watch the live stream on Samsung’s YouTube channel and website at 9pm Malaysian Time. If you’re keen on getting your hands on the next Samsung Galaxy foldables, Samsung Malaysia is offering a RM200 eVoucher if you register your interest on their website.
