Following yesterday’s service disruption, the Maybank MAE app appears to be having another service interruption today. We are unable to login into our MAE app and several users have also complained about it on social media.

#MBBAlert Kindly be informed that we are currently experiencing intermittent slowness on MAE app, M2U MY app and Maybank2u web. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Maybank has tweeted at 4.03 pm this afternoon to acknowledge intermittent slowness on MAE app, M2U app, and Maybank2u website. At the time of writing, we are able to access the website and it is also working on a mobile web browser.

According to the tweet, they are working to solve the issue as soon as possible.
