It’s already been a month since Apple started rolling out Apple One to users—offering a bundle of multiple Apple services at discounted rates, including Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Apple News+, and more. However, some users who have signed up for the bundle on day one have reported of subscription renewal problems.

For the users affected, their subscription page shows that their Apple One membership as ‘expired’. 9to5Mac also reports of other issues related to “Apple One weirdness”.

“…Like getting billed repeatedly today or having their add-on iCloud storage mysteriously cancelled. Others have been unable to use Apple Arcade or TV+ for a period of time, with the apps failing to recognise that a One subscription is active,” wrote 9to5Mac.

This is most likely a temporary glitch, but it’s not known if Apple will be able to fix the issue. You can check on the status of your Apple One subscription in the Settings app, here’s how:

  • Open the Settings app
  • Tap your name at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Look for a banner promoting Apple One

If you haven’t yet subscribed to Apple One, you can do so by going through the steps above as well. If you’re already using any of Apple’s paid services like iCloud storage, Apple Music or Apple TV+, Apple One lets you save up to RM40.70/month.
