There are 39 new recoveries today, and a total of 7,014 patients have recovered and discharged so far. Malaysia’s recovery rate is currently 84.12% while the mortality rate is 1.42%.

At the moment, there are still 1,206 active cases remaining which are isolated and still receiving treatment. 5 are in ICU while no cases require respiratory support.

Out of the 2 local cases, one is imported from Singapore and another is a local case involving a foreigner. Today marks the second day without a new local case involving a Malaysian citizen.
