Oppo’s AirPods clone is now available in Malaysia

The Oppo Enco Free has arrived in Malaysia. Available in Black and White, this is their latest Bluetooth earphones that look similar to Apple’s AirPods.

The true wireless earphones are priced at RM499 and you can get it at Oppo’s online sales channels including Lazada and Shopee, as well as their chain store partners such as Senheng, senQ and DirectD.

The Enco Free is rated to last up to 5 hours of music playback on a single charge and you can get up to 25 hours with the charging case. Unlike the Realme Buds Air, Oppo’s earphones don’t support wireless charging but you can charge it via USB-C.

What’s interesting on the Enco Free is its sliding gesture controls on each stem. You can slide on the left to adjust volume, while the right stem is used to go back or skip to the next track. On top of that, it even comes with three interchangeable silicone tips for a better fit.

The Enco Free supports Bluetooth 5.0 with a binaural simultaneous transmission for better connection reliability and latency. It doesn’t come with active noise cancellation but it does offer AI-assisted noise cancellation for voice calls with its dual-microphone setup.
