The device comes with a 6.59″ Full HD+ LCD display that has no notches or punch-holes at the top. Under the hood, it runs on a Kirin 710F processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

For taking pictures, it features a triple-camera array that consists of a 16MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP shooter for depth effects. The device also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Powering the Y9 Prime m2017 is a 4,000mAh battery that charges via USB-C. Out of the box, it runs on Android 9.0 Pie with EMUI 9.0 skin on top.

The device is available in Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue and Emerald Green.
