In conjunction with the upcoming 9.9 Super Sale on Lazada, ASUS is once again offering a promotion on two of their prominent devices, which is the flagship Zenfone 5z and the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro. If you are looking for a smartphone that won’t cost you a fortune, make sure you keep an eye out for them on Lazada this Sunday.

ASUS Zenfone 5z

To recap, the Zenfone 5z runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card. Besides that, it also gets a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display and packs a 3,300mAh battery that supports fast charging via a USB-C.

In terms of camera, the device features a 12MP f/1.8 main shooter and a secondary 8MP for wide-angle shots. At the front, it gets an 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera. Officially priced at RM1,899, it can be yours at RM1,699 during the Lazada 9.9 sale. That’s not all. Customers who purchase the Zenfone 5z will receive the LAZADACARE Plus that offers free 1-year accidental damage cover and 1-year extended warranty.

ASUS Zenfone Max Pro (M1)

If you want to have a stock Android experience, this is the device for you. The Zenfone Max Pro (M1) is now getting a discount for its top of the line model. Packing 6GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage, the handset is offered at RM899 instead of RM999. This device runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 636 processor under the hood. It also features a 6-inch Full HD+ IPS display and packs a massive 5,000mAh battery that can last for two days on a single charge.

For optics, the device offers a 16MP+5MP dual camera and 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. For further reading, you can check out our Zenfone Max Pro (M1) review.

In addition to the promotion, ASUS is also giving away RM50 vouchers if you spend RM800 and above. Do note that the vouchers are limited, so you better be quick if you want to enjoy additional savings. Just key in “ASUS99RM50” to redeem your voucher upon checkout.
