The X21 has finally arrived in Malaysia. This is vivo’s premium selfie-centric smartphone lets you unlock the device by touching the screen.

The vivo X21 comes with a 6.28″ Full HD+ Super AMOLED display that has a tall 19:9 aspect ratio. What separates the X21 from the rest is its under-display fingerprint sensor which makes it convenient to unlock the device while maximising its screen to body ratio.

Similar to the OPPO R15 Pro, it runs on a Snapdragon 660 processor with 6GB of RAM and it has 128GB of onboard storage. If that’s not enough, you can expand further via microSD up to 256GB.

In the imaging department, the X21 comes with a 12MP f/2.0 dual-pixel front camera with AI beautification and it also supports Face Unlock. Over at the rear, it gets a 12MP f/1.8 dual-pixel main camera that’s accompanied by a secondary 5MP shooter for portrait bokeh shots.

Powering the device is a 3,200mAh battery and it runs on FunTouch OS 4.0 that’s based on Android 8.0 Oreo. The device is available in Black and White.

The vivo X21 is officially priced at RM2,299 and it will go on sale on 9th June 2018 at vivo concept stores and authorised dealers. If you’re getting the device with a Digi Postpaid contract, you can enjoy additional 60GB (5GB/month) of high-speed data for 12-months. This is applicable if you get the device at a vivo Concept Store with a Digi Postpaid plan.
