vivo Malaysia has started accepting pre-orders for two new limited edition colours of the vivo V9. If you’re looking for a selfie-centric smartphone in a different shade of colour, the vivo V9 in Velvet Red and Sapphire Blue will be available in the next few weeks in Malaysia.

Both colours retain the same price tag of RM1,399 and vivo Malaysia is offering a free V9 Giftbox and a chance to win a JBL headphone (JBL T450BT). They are also including a 1-year screen crack warranty for pre-order customers.

According to the listing, pre-order for the Limited Edition Red will end on 11 May and it will be available on 12 May, while the Limited Edition Blue pre-order ends on 25 May with official sales to start the next day.

To recap, the vivo V9 comes with a 6.3″ FullHD+ display and it runs on a Snapdragon 626 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It features a 24MP selfie camera with AI beautification features, while the rear gets a 16MP + 5MP dual-camera setup. Powering the device is a 3,260mAh battery and out of the box, it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.0 skin on top.
