If you’re looking for a smartphone that has better hardware than the budget-friendly Redmi 5A, here’s an interesting offer for the honor 5C. Announced back in 2016, the honor 5C was an affordable mid-range device that comes with a full HD display, a capable 16nm octa-core processor and it has a metal back design. Originally priced at RM799, you can get it now at almost 50% off.

Retailer DirectD is offering the honor 5C at only RM410 on Shopee. This is the lowest price we’ve seen yet and it has Shopee’s Lowest Price Guarantee. According to the listing, this device is covered by Huawei Malaysia’s warranty.

To recap on the specs, the honor 5C has a 5.2″ Full HD display and it runs on a Kirin 650 processor that’s mated to 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB of onboard storage which is expandable via microSD.

The device has a 13MP main camera while the front comes with an 8MP selfie shooter. Powering the device is a 3,000mAh battery and out of the box, it runs on Android 6.0 with EMUI 4.1. Also included is a fingerprint sensor that’s mounted at the rear.

You can learn more in our honor 5C review. If you’re interested, the RM410 offer is available on Shopee.

If you’re looking for something with more grunt, the honor 6X high-spec version is now offered at RM799. This comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The honor 6X has a 5.5″ Full HD display, a newer Kirin 655 processor and a dual-camera setup that has a 12MP + 2MP camera combo.

The front carries an 8MP selfie shooter and powering the device is a 3,340mAh battery. If you’re interested, you can check out DirectD’s store on Shopee.
