The Redmi 4A is currently Xiaomi’s most affordable smartphone on sale in Malaysia. If 16GB storage is insufficient for your current need, you’ll be happy to know that Mi Malaysia is now offering its larger variant with 32GB of storage.
The new Redmi 4A with 32GB of storage will be available starting this Saturday, 18 March at RM509. That’s merely RM60 more than the 16GB model which has been removed from Mi Malaysia’s official store on Lazada.
To recap, the Redmi 4A is a compact budget device with a 5″ HD 720p display. It runs on a Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor that’s mated to 2GB of RAM. In terms of optics, it gets a 13MP f/2.2 main camera and a front-facing 5MP f/2.2 camera. It also gets a 3,120mAh battery and a hybrid dual-SIM slot that supports microSD expansion up to 128GB.
You can order it online through the Mi Store or through participating dealers nationwide. The Redmi 4A 32GB will be available in both Gold and Dark Grey colours.
