Samsung Malaysia aims to provide the best when it comes to aftersales service. Apart from the usual customer service offering, the Korean brand is taking a step further with greater focus on speed, solution and satisfaction. If you need help with your Samsung devices, here’s where you can get solution fast.

Remote Assistance

For smartphone users, there’s now an easier way of sorting out your issues with its new Remote Assistance. This allows an authorised service agent to check and troubleshoot your phone remotely as long as you have an active internet connection.

Just download the app and contact their customer hotline for the next steps. You would need to enter a 6 digit pin before they could proceed to access your phone. For greater privacy, the customer service agent is restricted from accessing your gallery, messages and email by default. This alternative is great for older folks or for people who are not that tech savvy.

You can learn more about Samsung’s Remote Service here.

Call-in and Live Chat

In addition to its 24/7 1-800-88-9999 careline number, you can also reach out to their customer service agents via Live Chat. It is available daily from 9:00AM to 6:00PM including public holidays.

Walk-in centres

Need instant on the spot service? Samsung currently has 21 Express Service Centres nationwide that provides instant mobile repair services. On top of that, all Samsung Experience Stores are now offering software upgrades, device set-ups and arrangements for part replacement and off-site repairs.

There’s a total of 72 Samsung Experience Stores nationwide along with 111 authorised service drop-off and collection points for better convenience. You can locate the nearest outlet here.

For greater peace of mind, Samsung also lets you extend your smartphone warranty from RM49. At the moment, they are running a promotion where you can get 18% off as part of their Great Raya Deals.
