Samsung is really positioning the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge as premium devices that befits its hefty asking price, this includes a super premium and personalised customer service experience that’s unlike anything ever offered by a smartphone manufacturer.

Especially for Galaxy S6 and S6 edge owners Samsung offers a personalised pickup service for when your device has a problem that can only be fixed by a qualified technician. In addition to that Samsung has also setup a 24/7 dedicated toll-free careline (1800-88-7799) to attend to any questions, complaints or issues that you may have with your S6 and S6 edge.

And to take the customer service experience up a notch, Samsung has also developed a 7-point check that covers software check, battery health status and connectivity performance check to name a few.
