Microsoft’s next generation tablet, the Surface 2 is now on sale in Malaysia. Featuring a 10.6-inch full HD (1920×1080) widescreen display and up to 10 hours of video playback, the Surface 2 is powered by a 1.7GHz Quad-Core Nvidia Tegra 4 (T40) processor with 2GB of RAM and a selection of 32GB and 64GB of storage.
The Surface 2 runs on the latest Windows RT operating system with Outlook pre-installed. It is thinner, lighter and faster than the model it replaces and it also comes with a 5MP rear camera and a 3.5 front facing camera that’s been optimized for Skype. The integrated kickstand now has two positions allowing you to place the Surface 2 in a comfortable angle for you. There’s also a USB 3.0 port for fast data transfers and a microSD storage expansion slot that takes cards up to 64GB.
The Microsoft Surface 2 is now available from senQ for RM1,399 (32GB version) and RM1,699 (64GB version).
