From Nokia to Samsung to Microsoft, why are brands so preoccupied with Apple? From a competitor, these types of ad elevate Apple to a higher status. It’s like Apple products are the gold standard. If a product is not directly compared to something Apple, it doesn’t have a reason to exist. Yes, Apple makes amazing products but it doesn’t mean no one else can make amazing products as well.
The Yoga is a great enough hybrid computer and it doesn’t need an Apple product to justify its existence.
So brands, please stop comparing yourself with Apple in ads, it’s getting lame, and at the end of the day, Apple wins.
